FAQs
-
What's IBMid?
IBMid is your single point of access to IBM web applications that use IBM registration, and it must be in a valid email address form.
-
Why is IBMid used for RAPID login?
To strengthen data security as per ITSS requirements, and to improve RAPID end users experience with the application, we implemented single sign on with the IBMid service for all RAPID users except those already with client single sign on setup with RAPID.
-
Why am I not logged in RAPID after IBMid creation?
The IBMid creation process is a separate process from the RAPID login, so once the IBMid creation is done, you need to go to the RAPID login page to log in RAPID.
-
Why am I brought to my company's login page after inputing my email address in the IBMid authentication page and clicking the "Continue" button?
It's because IBMid has created a federated trust to allow your company to handle the authentication. Please input the credential used inside your company and then you will be logged in RAPID then.
-
What if I fail in the authentication in my company's login page?
Since in this case the authentication is managed by your company, please contact your company's IT support team to check this issue. Any further assistance needed, please follow the existing support process to contact the RAPID support team.
-
What if I am successfully authenticated in my company's login page, but still fail to log in RAPID?
Please follow the existing support process to contact the RAPID support team.
-
